Party Bands have their own equipment and loading & set up is up to them- Quite often when you are dealing with additional bands they don’t provide a set-up or tear down crew. The staging, lighting, and equipment is up to you. This will boost your costs for the band. With most par bands you will not need these devices. You can often request it.
Additional live entertainment you may wish to acquire could be stilt walkers that will capture many people’s attention, or even tribute bands to play your favourite artist music. While this is not always and easy division the rest is up to you.
